The nonstick surface on this Dr. Oetker muffin pan is truly amazing! When I baked a batch of Krusteaz Almond Poppyseed Muffins, all I had to do was turn the pan over, and all 12 muffins fell cleanly out of the muffin cups. There was no baked on residue, and there were no crumbs left behind. To prepare the pan for baking, all I did was spray on cooking oil, and wipe the pan with a paper towel to remove the excess. The muffins themselves baked perfectly evenly.
